It is Kingdomhearts I was going to make it into an Anime, but I stopped drawing after highschool the most I could do now adays is draw Chibi's or Avatars.. The joke is that because The heartless is so week his minion is confused by the fact he is following the wrong minion so his boss asks him to bribe them a million Dollars
