another sketch for class. i hate being so cliche with my drawings, but i really needed to get these done quickly. i do love the 'aura' around the rose though. HB pencil lead, .5 mech pencil, maybe 20 min, minimal reference for veins in the petals. again, sorry about the grainy image, but the blacks weren't turning up like they were supposed to on the scan...

- Beautiful drawing! The veins and the aura give me a felling, like it could be magical. It is also a picture that could reflect sadness, like a a flower pulled from its stem and left on the ground. The detail in your picture is beautiful and I could give this no less that a 5/5! Farewell!
