The shape is good and so is the pose, but she's
(way) too light. Her skin is darker by about four
or five skin tones. Her color is off as well.
That's going to cost you a couple of points. But

picture; is it the hair? the eyes? the
background?
if you are critiquing, start with
something you like about the picture, then mention
specifically what you don't like. (eg. the hair is
too long, eyes are too big).
