fire is good! anatomy is decent, hands are good, dress physics are good!
about the face, go check out some anime or fan art of different things and look at some styles, you kinda look clueless as to the face, thats how i started out. and her arms are out of proportion a little bit, research some anime anatomy online. the fire, add some darker contrast for more BAM!
