Shion is one of my fav characters on Higurashi (and if you watched it and payed attention you would know she dressed up as Mion because she went crazy because Satoshi went missing)
i know its not that great but i used a mouse ok...this took a long time to do...and afterwards my hands we shaking XD

- I really like how it is done. May I give some advice? When making a picture, instead of using the mouse use the tools like the 'curve' tool. It makes things easier to a limit. I luuve Shion..Even though she scares me :3 Rena is my favorite though...>w>
