I'm not sure if you did this on purpose, but it seems like the bird is the main focus (more so than the girl)
And I understand that colored pencils sometimes make it difficult to blend (especially light colors) but I still think you could have done more to blend them (I believe photoshop and corel draw have blending tools that could help.)
