From the Old Arena.
After drawing anime and abstract separately for sometime, I wanted to combine the two somehow. But it never really worked. Once I saw Utada's You Make Me Want To Be A Man music video, I found my inspiration. This was one of the first drawings that came out of that inspiration. The fingers are purposely long and skinny and the hands huge.
Done with colored pencil, black ink. Completed September 2005. - Date: 01/11/2009

- Amazing job on the arms, I love how you stylized it. The metallic coloring sort of takes away from the overall effect, though - I can imagine this picture being really cool inked in black and white.
