Finally the colored version of this picture! It took so long. I got a program called Gimp, which is like photoshop, I still haven't figured everything out on it, so this is the best I can do. But I think it's pretty freaking amazing. This was originally hand drawn, so I had to go over the lines on there, it took the longest. I want to add a background, but I need to figure the program out more to do that. So look forward to it anyway.

Looks like a character design from the manga Candidate Pilot for Goddess (also an anime). Very nicely done, even if that wasn't your intent.
Only think I can say is maybe a little more detail with the hair. Everything else looks good to me. (Photoshop is a great program. Don't know about the program your using however.)
