I dont like this pic that much, but I think it came out decent. A quick oekaki tribute to Pain. Not much else to say, kinda wanted to keep the idea that it's a dead body.
And to clear up the name issue, Pain IS the correct spelling as was stated in the latest Japanese data book, it was written out Pain in roman characters. Pein was always the Japanese pronunciation of it. - Date: 03/28/2009

- As fir spelling, I've seen various translations spell it Pein, and Pain so lay off. Anyways, this really caught my eye "no pun indended" and I really like it!
