I love the texture of his vest. That is an extremely well done job.
More attention would have to be spent on his face and eyes ; the eyes look very very faint. (it may be caused by the scanner as well ; my scanner does that to me a lot ;( )

- the line from the ear to the beginning of the jaw is too long, the bulge over his outer eye should be an inward crease, and his hair line is WAY too high. But all in all its a pretty good job 4/5
