It looks a lot like a pic I've seen in a how to draw-manga-book a really long time ago...(the hair,eyes, and nose)
It's very nice though, and you have really good inking skills. ^w^
The eyes may be a little too WIDE, but the hair length is whatever you want it to be (referring to rainbow_monkeyrobot's comment)
I don't really like the hair lines though...>.> I have a feeling it might be copied, no offense, just because everything about it looks like that one pic. T.T
