- ... its a digital painting, done completely in photoshop. ...I thought that was obvious, so I didn't bother saying it. If there's a better category for it let me know.

hate to be the barer of bad news but it's done decently but it's also photoshopped clearly . Just saying if it's painting for that it's done poorly neither in impasto or pointillism, no pencil on god's green earth can do that unless it's a charcoal. it doesn't have any looks of charcoal or pencil so photoshop try harder next time
