- very nice shading! the main problem i see here is that you've compressed the facial features toward the bottom of the face which may have been due to the attention you gave to the hair. play around with facial proportions a bit more and make sure the face is drawn before adding the hair, and i think you'll be good!

- its very hinted with a cartoonie look. The hair is done well but everyone doesn't match. the porpotions... the eyes.. mouth.. and nose...
