Wow nice creepy look you gave him...
You nailed perfectly the wrinkels on the shirt also... I still have trouble with that...
You also did a good job in the shading part...
However there is one thing tht bothers me, the nose is not wrong but it kanda feels like it dosnt go with the style...
Maybe its just me but id suggest for you o change it...
All in all its still a pretty good job...
