The fingers are too long for the palm. You can either change the palm in making that part bigger to make the length of your fingers or shorten the fingers a bit. Perhaps define your shoulders more so they don't look so stiff and streight looking. His neck could also have more to it so he don't look like his heads on a poll. Just widen it a little more on both sides of his chin. And its ok to have it on lined paper but it would look better on a plan white piece. Other than that its good.

- looks fine 2 me apart from the fact its on lined paper and to improve it u could make his fingers slightly shorter and his elbow slightly less pointed

- maybe you could try making the fingers not so long.... I know its hard doing hands but try to get them a little shorter maybe....
