I really like all the little details. One thing I noticed right away is that her body is pretty awkward. Her shoulders stick straight out which tends to be kind of masculine looking, having them slope down a bit would soften that area. Also, her elbows should be a bit lower. Put your arms to your sides and you'll see that the elbows fit quite nicely into the smallest part of your waist. So the lines from the shoulder to the elbow should be a bit longer.

- I like it. You defiantly have wat it takes to draw anime professionally, i can tell. (though i personally suck at it^^) anywaaayyy: Keep working at it, pay attention to details you see over and over in manga and in anime, keep your eyes open for aprovement areas ^^. SO: keep drawing or i shoot your pancakes ^o^

- you may have goen batter by now but heres some frist avoide drawing on lined paper try printer paper or if you can drawing paper two if you cant avoid this then there are programps that can get rid of the lines like GIMP. other then that this is a nice picture.
