- Description: This is my second favourite lake in the Lake District, England. I've stayed at a few places which overlook it and walked many of the hills surrounding it. Unfortunatley I can't find the reference image for this painting which was a photo my dad took about 20 years ago, and I can't find the same view in any other photos online. I painted this as part of my nature/landscape project for GCSE art in 2005.
