This picture took me 4-5hrs to make!I made it on Saturday for kicks!XD And woah!It turned out professional looking to me! I know that I made a mistake in the backround between the bangs "^_^.
In my translation,I think the name in english is- Crying Wild of the Forest of Death. No wonders why he looks so sad!

- i suggest reshapeing da head itz kinda flat,very good job on da eyes!creative background,and good job wit da hair.i see dat u focuse on da details very much and good job,just fix da face lyk make it a little more round i guess.but anyway u tried ur best and i think itz good!so just work on da head.good job!^-^

It's a good start. :3 I see you are already thinking about colors and challenging yourself to several different things.
You do need to work on your head proportions a bit. Right now theres several things that tend to plague beginning artists (namely cropping off the back of the head and avoiding the nose)

It doesnt look crappy! the anatomy of the head is a little off but other than thats the coloring looks awesome. REALLY GOOD JOB! 5/5
