This is Tamaki Suo and Haruhi Fujioka from Ouran Koukou Host Club. I think Tamaki's face came out a little weird (but I think the eyes came out ok). As you can see in the reference picture, his face was shaped a little weird anyways.
If you have never read/seen this series before, Haruhi is a girl, not a guy. I recommend that if you have not read/seen this series you should. It's hilarious (except the anime doesn't follow the manga very well).

- I love this show since on the first episode Tamaki is all surprised when he found out about Haruhi, and his face...oooohh!!! I love how his face just turned red like that. XD XD it's hilarious. I do like your drawing though. Awesome!
