The proportions are really off, especially the man kneeling down. One of his eyes are bigger that the other (you should also make their chins longer and their eyes more narrow to give them a serious look). And in helping with the poses, I suggest using a skeletical system/ And also look up on male anatomy to also further help you with poses.
