- try reference poses by looking at pictures of anime/manga its helped me a lot!

- I'm jealous if this is your first manga drawning, I've been trying to drawn manga for ages, and none of my paintings are as good as this, or even close to. A good advice would indeed be to look at a manga book, and maybe go on youtube and look it up there, seen several movies about how to draw manga (anyway, back to the picture!) I think its very good for first drawning, so I'll give you a 4/5 ^^
