- It's good but i can tell you can do much better. Keep it up i belive you can and will get better. But i think you should add more detail to her dress and hair. When i don't want to draw hand i just do head shots. And be carefull don't draw on your self like i do.

- Lol, I used to draw on lined paper. I'm guessing that you didn't draw the hands because you don't think you're very good at them? Well the only way you're going to get better is to practice, so don't shy away by hiding them behind the character's back or something. If this is an original character, I would definitely suggest adding more details to her dress, it looks a bit plain.
