Her name is Karina(Kari) and she's from an amateur manga series of mine. I know I'm not the best artist, but I think it's okay for my age. :)
I've spent years developing the plot behind this series and It's a ton of fun.
This drawing is just one I drew for a uniform concept, so it was made with haste. Trust me, I can do better. It was taken with a crappy digital camera. I don't have a scanner. :(
