- Description: Her name means "snowbird of the mountain" in the old language of her people. She comes from a well-known but hardly influential family of an isolated mountain tribe that makes its living by training hawks. One night, she sees something she shouldn't have (I can't tell you what without ruining the story ^^ ) and is discreetly exiled. So she and her faithful companion, a hawk named Menawa, set off to find a new home.
