Yes the ground is supposed to be like that..XD And i made another version with a better collor ligt effect, but haven't save it yet in png pjg or bmp, and to be honest, i'm too lazy for it. So i'll keep it like this for a while.^^

- Her bandage on her head looks like it'll scoot forward and fall off so maybe another wrap or two to make it look like it'll stay in place. I know you said that the ground is supposed to be that way, but it still doesn't look right. The way the blood drips down the wall makes it look like there's a wall of glass that she pressed her hand against, so the angle of the blood needs to correspond with the wall, not just straight down.
