Alright, well I start off by saying this is beautiful smile I really like how you've done the shading, and how bright you've made the eyes. It's good to see that you have eyes as the focal point in this piece. Now if you will allow some critique.
Her wrist sees a bit misshapen, the forearm should flow smoothly onto the hand as though it was one line.
And her waist seems a bit to long, try giving her some hips as well. Other than those MINOR things, I'd say this is beautiful biggrin
