This is Kracko floating in the sky.
DON'T TELL ME I ALREADY KNOW! The colors are backwards, Kracko's blue and pink colors are backwards.
So, aside from that making the cloud wasn't hard, but it wasn't easy either. I fought the path tool for about an hour until I gave up and used something else.
I think I should have made the background look like a storm. But not all the time is Kracko using his Thunder attack.
