This is very good for a first try! Here is some advice from me:
1) The arms are very stiff. The arm would naturally hang more limply over the leg, and not stay so straight.
2) The hands look awkward and only have 4 fingers. Try to make them look more naturally positioned/hang in a more natural position.
3) His head is a bit too small for his body, and his neck is too broad. Make the head a tiny bit bigger and his neck a bit more slim.
