I just finished this tonight around 11:30 PM. ^^ I was going to post it in the art forums when I figured, why not give it a shot?
Just a random dragon I made up on the spot just so I could try and color with high levels of detail. But when I got to the white and saw just how shiny it looked i kept it that way!
Made with photoshop, no filters used. I know how to use my brushes. Ah but I still wish I could mark a signature as well as I could draw. XD
