re the swirlys and stuff in the background and whatnot) so you have to actually add brushes from deviatart. I haven't figured out if there are brushes I can get from other sites, but I'll keep looking. You can learn how to add brushes off of YouTube as well.
As for artisanexplosion98, yes, I COMPLETELY agree. Lol! I got into the Kag x Sess pairing FOREVER ago. At first, I thought it was the most ODDEST pairing EVER. Lol! But then, I started reading fanfiction, and that's what changed my views o - Report As Spam

Lol! I actually didn't DRAW this by hand. I made it through two diff programs. This first link is what I used to create the character:

As for what I used afterwards: Gimp. Just look it up on gimp.com. It's a really neat program. It's free. No strings attached. The only thing, however, is that the program doesn't have as many brushes as you think it does. (Brushes a - Report As Spam
