This is Prince Noctis Lucis Caelum from Final Fantasy versus XIII.
The idea of colouring in the eyes was inspired by a very fine artist who goes by the name of Cataclysm-X on deviantart. So if you ever go there, be sure to check her art out ^^.
I wanted to try out a new shading style I learnt.
