This is Hino Otanashi, a fictional character created by me. Originally, she was a Vocaloid Fan-character who had a gender bend by the name of Kasai Otanashi. Eventually I changed her design a few times and came up with what you see today. She attends the school known as Gatoma High as Ihzo, who becomes Hino at nightfall after making a deal with a demon. - Date: 09/04/2014
