- Overlit, which ruins a shot that would've been great otherwise. You might also want to widen the frame so she's not cut off mid-thigh or just focus on the upper half of her body

- It's a nice pose, but the flash really hurts it. I'd recoment some other set lighting, or even natural from a window..... but the glare of it flushed out yout features and shoulder, and comes off as a little harsh to the eye.
