EDIT: It's apparently a Callistemon citrinus flower. My neighbor has a tree full of these perched right in front of his house and whenever I'm passing by and in the mood, I take pictures of it.
Apparently I stumbled upon it's name by searching for another flower's name. Ironic as it is, I have yet to find the other flower's name :S
