This is my neighbors 9 week old pup Quincy. The owners feed him dry food so another neighbor Takes him and gives him milk. He is the runt of 8 pups know he is about twice the size as he was and that was only a week ago. The neighbors that take care of him want to buy him and give him a new name cause the owners don't take care of any of there dogs and the name is the worst name ever.

- I would if I could but hes not mine hes my neighbors but I still take him for walks and play with him *Quit biting me that will hurt once you get older* and help train him. he will listen to me when I tell him to sit but he won't listen to his owners.
