How cute. I own a parakeet too.
However, I am worried about dolphin. His cere (the nose part) doesn't look healthy. Most of the time when they get sort of puffy and spongy like that it's due to mites.
It can get bad without treatment and potentially deform the bird. http://www.avianweb.com/scalylegs.html So I suggest going to a vet just to verify what it is and perhaps get some treatment.
