• I blinked slowly looking over my social studies report with sadness in my eyes. I could feel my eyeliner running on my cheeks. I was very mad at Resuyana, for pointing out I was staring at Misyugo. For some weird reason I couldn’t stop staring at him lately. His beautiful green and yellow eyes staring into mine, his brown hair gleaming in the sun, his beautiful smile, his snake bite shining on his beautiful lips. When he looks back I can’t help but look away, blushing as I did. I had never felt this way about him in the 7 years we had been friends. Why now did I feel like this? I slam my head on the desk, hard. "I am such an idiot!” I yell while rubbing my head. My door slowly opened and in walked Misyugo. I blushed harder than I ever had before. Misyugo tilted his head to the side in confusion. "Oh hey Misyugo I didn’t hear you come in the house.” I said sitting up on my bed. "Sorry I didn’t mean to scare you Kairoyo.” Misyugo said smiling while dropping his bag on the floor next to my trash can. Yes we were finally alone... I could finally tell him how I feel about him. "Umm Misyugo can I tell you something serious?” I said putting my hands near my lips. "Hold on.” Misyugo said walking towards me. What was Misyugo going to do? Was he going to kiss me? I really hope he wasn’t going to rape me or something. He moved his hand towards my cheek and wiped away the eyeliner on both sides. We were so close together I couldn’t help but stare at him as much I could. He stared back into my eyes and moved a little closer. I closed my eyes and waited. I put my hand on his chest feeling him move closer in the process. "Sweetheart! Are you home yet? ” we moved away from each other as fast we could. If my mom saw me kissing a guy she would flip out and ground me for as long as I lived. "Upstairs mom!” I yelled downstairs looking out my door. I looked back at Misyugo who was leaning back in my desk chair with a smug grin on his face. She walked in my room holding her blue briefcase with her long blonde hair in a bun, blue eyes shining brightly; she glanced over at Misyugo then back at me with her arm on her hip. "We need to talk right now Kairoyo Siamayi Miesake.” She said with a mad look on her face. I closed my bedroom door behind me frowning as I did. “Kairoyo Siamayi Miesake I just want to know…did you have sex with Misyugo?” She said pulling up her sleeves. "No mom I would never have sex before marriage I swear!” I said putting my arms around my chest. I heard guitar strums coming from my room. It must have been Misyugo practicing his guitar again…he is so hot when he plays guitar. “Good I am glad you didn’t because if you did you might not be alive Kairoyo Siamayi Miesake” she said smiling and rubbing my dark brown hair. I smiled watching her walk away, with her blue suitcase in hand. I opened my door and closed it shut. "What was that about?” Misyugo asked with concern. I looked at Misyugo and said ”Girl stuff.” He closed his eyes and smiled showing his br- what he has braces?!
    ”Misyugo you never told me you had braces!” I said smiling while gripping the desk chair. He covered his mouth quickly so I couldn’t see his teeth or his braces. And for the first time ever in my life, I saw Misyugo blush bright red. I never seen him so embarrassed before. I pulled his hand off his mouth and rubbed his hair. He pushed some of my hair behind my ear, and put his hand on my cheek. I closed my eyes and moved in to kiss Misyugo gently. Then we kissed. His lips were so soft, and warm. I've always wondered since I was ten who my first kiss would be with and now I will remember this moment forever. I felt him move his hands around my waist; I moved mine behind his neck. He stopped kissing me, blushed and said ”I hope I am not rushing anything between us Kairoyo.” He removed his arms from my waist, and looked down.
