• I was still unconscious when I felt the shock waves. Zap! Ztttt! Hard, eletrical jolts were spiraling through my viens. I couldn't feel anything at all. The paralization was stinging and horrible. Then I heard his beautiful voice. "Is she going to be okay?" Todd asked the stranger who I did not recognize. "She's going to be stronger than anyone new I've ever seen." The man spoke. "Are you sure?" Todd asked, sighing sadly. The stranger man chuckled. "Of course." He promised. Ba-boom! Ba-boom! My heart was pumping hard but slow. Two beats per 10 seconds. Ba....Boom! That was all I heard. No air was coming through any airways from my body. I didn't need the air strangely enough. I felt cold hands on my face. "Beth. Beth are you awake?" The stranger man said, tightening his grip on my cheekbones. It was a blur. I couldn't see very well. It was like looking through glasses that were not meant for my vision. Not so blurry anymore after a few moments. Then I acctually opened my eyes wide. Where was I? Where was the strange beautiful monster chasing me? "Beth!" Todd said, wrapping his arms around me. "Todd! I was so scared!" I started to cry. He hugged me tightly. "Don't worry we will explain everything later." He comforted. "We?" I asked looking at the man. "Ah, yes, I am Stefan Smith." He said, holding his hand out to shake mine. I shook slowly. "What-" I stopped talking as soon as I saw the woman appear from the forest trees. The woman was the beautiful monster who growled at me before. "Beth...this is Charlotte. She apologizes for her behavior before...she was just thirsty-" I cut Stefan off. "Thirsty? Is she a vampire?" I asked. "Yes...you are too." Stefan said. "What!?" I exlaimed hopping off the moss bed I was lying on. "Well...you see...Charlotte was hunting and when you were in the woods looking for me...You threw her off her hunting and she kind of.....pounced on you and bit you." Todd explained. I sat there. I stared at them with wet, red rimmed eyes. "You're telling me that I am a...vampire." I swallowed hard on the word "Vampire". "For eternity." Charlotte whispered. evil
