• "I love you!" Katty shouted as Tyler's car with him inside starting leaving the parking lot to go home.

    The people halted on what they were doing and face who said the three words that echoed out the place, Katty didn't know if Tyler even heard it but her two friends sure did know that he did hear it, seeing how Tyler reacted.

    Katty, who seemed to be lost for a while, got herself pulled together. She looked around, people staring back at her, the guard of their school was even smiling at her. She then started walking away, her pace was obviously much faster than a while ago.

    "I didn't know what happen...I just...felt like I wanted to say something but didn't know what exactly it was..." Katty said to her self.

    "What happened to you back there?" Her bestfriend Mei asked her as Katty laid her other friend's things named Sam on her service. They hang out for a while in Sam's service as they had a conversation.

    "I really don't know...It was like...I just called his name and wasn't able to say anything so I said goodbye instead....But...I just...I don't know why I suddenly blurted out those words." Katty replied.

    "Though...don't you think it was too late to confess your feelings now? I mean this is the last day of our school year for this year."

    "What the?! I didn't think of that! There's...still next year for us..." Katty nervously responded.

    "But...At least? This may be a new start for you guys, I mean you like him since grade 4." Sam tried to calm her down.

    "Yeah, look at the bright side, besides, when we were at highschool, you said that he seemed to try to kiss you but...you suddenly spanked him..." Mei had doubts on continuing what she was saying.

    "But! I didn't know what to do that time! And I'm really nervous! I'm never been kissed yet!"

    Mei and Sam both laughed simultaneously.

    "That's the problem, you should have let him kiss you that time, now we're at our 2nd year highschool and you've never been kissed yet." Mei answered.

    Two months for summer vacation passed without Tyler saying anything to Katty, she continues to think through stuffs. That's the first time she ever said her feelings towards a guy with that manner and to top it all, her first love.

    One more day before they need to get back to school for a new start of school year when Neil called Katty, her friend since their pre-elementary.

    "Ei, did you know? Tyler's moving, he's going to a new school." Neil started their conversation as soon he said his greetings to Katty.

    "What?" Katty questioned, quite shocked of the news.

    "Yeah, I was shocked too to know, that was awkward of him though...He should have finished his highschool to where he started." Neil replied from the other line.

    Katty wasn't able to reply, she knew her voice would be shaking when she reply to Neil, and she doesn't want for him to know that she's crying.

    Fortunately for Katty, Neil's mother needs to use the phone for a while, so Neil had to hang up though he said he'll be calling back later again.

    Hours probably passed but Katty can't help but cry, she sobs in her room with a loud music on. Then the phone rings again, she answered, Neil didn't fail to call her back but Katty wanted a time alone.

    "I-I'm sorry...I'll be calling you later, alright?" Katty hanged up, she's not able to reason out but Neil knew, she's crying, ever since he knew that Katty likes his bestfriend Tyler so much as he likes Katty so much.

    The next day, Katty's eyes were swollen from crying, Katty then looked at the board to where the names are listed of the students, she saw that Tyler's name isn't listed but still, she's hoping that Tyler is still their classmate.

    She went to their room, Neil greeted him with a smile on his face, Mei had a sorrowful face, she knew that Katty knew but still, she tried not to let others notice, so she smiled and gave her a warm hug, smile and a warm greeting as well.

    Things changed for Katty, she's very used of Tyler's presence, his irritating come backs, his very happy looking smile and the never ending presence of warmness in his stares.

    Though she started hating him for some reason and wanted to deny that she fell in love with Tyler, probably the hate of disappointment, not even telling her goodbye but sometimes, she even thought "Did he leave because I confessed my feelings?" or "He's a son of a manager, so he really should go to a good school but can't he at least say goodbye to me?"

    Once, Katty never expected, Tyler went back home to visit, he gathered everyone up and went out for movies. He even called Katty personally. Tyler seems to be approaching Katty but she insisted to be somewhat cold, not wanting Tyler to think that she's still into him.

    But...Katty, always want to know what are those behind Tyler's stares, they seems to gentle, sincere, so caring. Like he always wanted to say something.

    "His stares never changed at all, they're even warmer than I remember...Maybe that's why I fell in love with him." Katty thought.

    "But still...I did love you. I won't have to deny that now."

    As of now, Katty and Tyler remained friends, they meet sometimes with class reunions and likes but Tyler doesn't say any word of that past, neither Katty ,however, Tyler's stares towards Katty never changed, he always seems like he's gonna say something.
