• Chapter 1

"Come here Lala..." Heltea called in a eerie tone. It wasn't a nice voice, neither was it her own. She wonder where that type of voice had come from. Lala still hadn't budged a single inch, and remained undisturbed. Heltea snapped, "Come on, you lazy piece of nothing! I'm not a rapist or anything!" Lala seemed to awaken a bit after that. He mumbled, "What do you want... Heltea...?" What was she going to do about this problem, if Lala wasn't going to help her? Heltea sighed, and decided she would fix this problem without him. She turned to face the portrait of her younger friend, Lala, and thought, "I can fix that issue without that wimp..." Heltea headed off towards the company HQ.

*Hey... Heltea...come..* Heltea jumped when she heard that voice. It had come from the company HQ, and she sprinted towards it. She opened the door and dashed inside, wondering what was wrong. She gasped when she saw the dozens of people on the floor, unconscious. Suddenly one spoke to her, inside her head. *Heltea, fix this problem... Lala can't do this... only you can... the central room... of here...* That was all he said before the voice disappeared. It was a strange rumor that one child from each generation would be able to hear strange voices from others, but they wouldn't be able to hear her back. It was an one-way transfer. But, few people believed in this. He had said that the central room was the one causing this? She took the elevator up to the central room, and saw nothing there. "What the hell? Is this a joke just to piss me off?" she grumbled. Heltea figured that there had to be more than this to the issue, or so she thought.

She turned around, only to face a otherworldly sight. It wasn't "godly" but more of an illusion. The image or person seemed to fade into the air, but he was clearly still in front of Heltea. His image was like a dense fog, because Heltea could barely see any color, except for white. "Who.. are you?" Heltea asked, shaken. The image quickly dispersed. "Was that... Lala..?" she thought. The only thing Lala was good at was disguising his identity, in all sorts of ways. Other than that, he was weak, thin, frail and didn't know that much. Lala had rather long blonde hair and had very pale skin. On the other hand, Heltea had brownish hair and fair skin, and fairly attractive. She exceled at many things Lala cannot do, but absolutely cannot disguise herself. She pondered on the strange sight she had seen moments ago. "Could of been a vampire, but hell, no one likes vampires anymore. I've read Twilight, and hell, I don't think I like vampires anymore." She thought.

"No need to be sour, Heltea. I doubt that you can fix that spirit, that ghost, thinking like that. And no, of course it isn't a vampire." A voice said. Heltea turned around to face a woman named Clarelle, who was practically an outcast in this town, and we had been taught to run whenever we saw these people. "What.. holy goddess!" Heltea stammered. "Ah, Heltea, you can hear my voice inside your head. It is rare for someone to be able to. It is even rarer for people to be communicate like that. Empathy, you could call it." Clarelle said. "What! Who was that figure just a few moments ago, though? I think he was Lala, but I couldn't tell." Heltea inquired. Heltea was terrified at the presence of this woman, who had been labeled as an outcast along with many other people simply due to their vast abilities. "Yes, you are correct. I perceive that you knew, of course. You also know that Lala is impossibly good at disguising his identity. He may not of fooled you because you know him best. I have much more to say, but just to shorten my explanation to you, Lala is the cause of this issue." Clarelle explained. Heltea was shocked for a moment, but thought that this had to be wrong. How could Lala, her best friend, betray her like that?!

Clarelle took this opportunity to escape, so she threw a smoke grenade on the floor, and made a hasty escape. When she got out of the company HQ and into a hidden place, he took off his disguise. "God, finally got rid of her. I knew she would be shocked at that, but I can't provoke her. She could easily best me in a fight." Lala grinned. He thought he could of used those outcasts to his advantage. Then, the real Clarelle entered the hiding place. "You truly are a great master of disguise." she said to him. "Yes, I realized. Now, Heltea thinks I'm the enemy. Or does she? Is she still shocked, Clarelle?" Lala asked. 'Of course she is, who wouldn't be shocked at that kind of news? If you really wanted to know, why didn't you stay there longer?' Clarelle thought. "Well? Your answer? I don't think I can hear your thoughts or the other outcast's thoughts today." Lala murmured. Clarelle could see all her fellow outcasts in the shadows, waiting for an advance. Clarelle couldn't understand how both Lala and Heltea got the "voice-link" or whatever, and Lala could even communicate with it. This topic had been classified as forbidden in this town, and therefore hardly anything was known about it. Clarelle wondered why these people even got this ability... "Lucky little brats.." she thought.

"Hey Heltea! Wanna go out with me? You look prettier than usual!" Some guy named Quuinn asked. "Absolutely not..." Heltea answered back. "Oh.. maybe some other time." And with that he left. Of course, the town pervert. Well not really, he just likes me but hell I hate him. "What the hell is wrong with you Lala? Why did you just turn to the crappy side? I don't understand your viewpoint why you would do that...," Heltea wondered. "You know exactly what my flaws are, Lala... You know my worst flaw, and what I absolutely cannot do... Did you our friendship to your advantage? Ugh, you stupid master of disguise, you were only doing this for what? What did you want?" In Heltea's mind, she thought that Lala should be labeled an outcast for treason. It was hard for her to grasp that Lala was indeed, her enemy.

    Chapter 2

'I'll do something about Lala,' Heltea thought. 'There cannot be any treason within this anonymous town, for its safety. I would defend my town, even if it's my ex-friend. Lala, consider yourself as a enemy... even if you were once my friend. I'll manipulate you.. and imprison you forever if you don't turn back to our side now. Hmph.'

Lala seemed to hear her even if she was miles away. 'I'm sorry Heltea, but I have to act like I'm on their side. These outcasts can kill me any day if I'm not useful to them, so please forgive me.' He thought, and hoped that Heltea would hear. He shot a quick glare at the outcasts and Clarelle, seeing immediately that they would kill him if he couldn't do anything. "Come on! What are you guys doing? I'm not sure if we even have an objective. Any of you have an idea on what our objective should be?" Lala asked. Clarelle answered, "Capture the goddess's host that lurks around here, then use it for our needs. I see no flaws within that plan." Lala remarked that while that was a good plan, he quickly snapped, "No, you can do that! I'm going and you can do whatever and fail at that too!" Lala rushed out of the house, avoiding the angry bullets that charged toward him from the outcasts.

Lala panted, and went up to Heltea's house. Heltea answered the door, and wasn't that surprised to see Lala. "I heard your voice. I guess I can forgive you, Lala." Ohmygod, I can't believe I was so stupid! He was being used by the outcasts? But still- he turned against me! "Yeah, thanks. I'm sure that the outcasts were talking about "capturing the host of the goddess" or something like that. I'm not sure who that is, but I overheard if a person with the voice-link goes near him or her, then that person will, like, uh.. glow a white-ish color. So let's look for him or her and catch them before the outcasts does." Lala said. After that they sprinted out the door. We both figured that we should look in the company HQ before anywhere else. We ran into the CHQ and then we saw a boy, about 10 years old. When we went near him, his eyes seemed to disappear into a white color, and light was emitted from his skin.

We both thought this could be the host, and we had to prevent the outcasts from getting him. "Hey!" we both said. The boy spoke in a much more majestic voice then he should have. "Ah, you are here to prevent the outcasts from getting me? I appreciate your help, child, but the host of the goddess can take care of himself. But I, possibly may be bested by those disgusting ruffians. Very well, I will let the host take over." We both gasped and the other voice spoke: "I'm not going to let a bunch of moobs kill me! I can pwn their butt any day!" Heltea agreed with them, but wondered if he actually could. That's great, they both thought, a dude who says vulgar language to describe enemies. Awesome.

We discussed how to get rid of the outcasts once and for all, and it was a pretty good plan too. We were going to get authorities to capture them and imprison them! So original, right? But first, we had to lure them into a trap hole, and then voila! Great plan, huh? We started to put this plan into action. First, me and the host, named Gennick, dug the hole for the outcasts to slip and fall through. Lala lured the outcasts here by provoking them and almost getting shot by numerous bullets at that. When he got near the hole, he side-stepped and ran into the tree, while the others ran into the hole. "Caught, and incapacitated." Heltea said. We quickly called the authorities over, and the outcasts were nothing but rotting poop afterwards.

    "Great day, huh?" Heltea asked.
    "Yep." Lala answered.
"By the way, where did that host go?"
"Next town, said this place sucked."
    "How dare he?!"
    "Yeah, sure..."

The next days went by pretty fast, and Lala and Heltea waited for another unlucky issue to fix.
