• THE PIANO PIECE (edited version)

    Misaki enrolled in a music school specializing in the instrument, THE PIANO. She likes to play the piano ever since she was a child. Every note is a melody to her soul. Her school was having a musical recital; every department must present one musical number, but she’s not capable of playing the piece they would play: the Pachelbel's canon in D Major.

    Misaki's mom came to fetch her, but as usual, Misaki would just wave and smile. Ms. Takumi (Misaki’s piano teacher) noticed this and started to have doubts. That night Misaki called Ms. Takumi, "Sensei I can’t attend the practice for Okasama is rushed to the hospital!" Misaki said. "Okay! But don’t forget the recital! We'll all pray for your mother. Tell her to get well soon" Ms. Takumi replied. "Yes! Domo arigato!" Misaki said and hung up.

    The recital has started. Ms. Takumi was worried about Misaki’s performance. "Sensei Im here! Gomenasai." Misaki said. "Alright everybody get ready cause we are the 2nd to perform," Ms. Takumi said and clapped her hands. There performance began. When it was Misaki’s part, Ms. Takumi was afraid of Misaki pressing the wrong notes not to mention her part was the climax; every melody that the piano releases should stab every person’s heart. AND IT DID SO! Misaki's performance was perfect. The crowd gave them a standing ovation. After there performance Ms. Takumi approached Misaki, "What an outstanding performance, Misaki! By the way where’s your mother?" Ms. Takumi said. "Okasama is now in heaven but I guess she’s here watching me playing, Okasama was deaf but now she can finally hear me play for the first time! I practiced even harder. This performance is dedicated to her."
