    Chapter 7 - The retaliation

    *In Sypmphonia, the martel knights find the space pod that Kratos flew in and found Ricter rolling on the hills in an inflatable toy like divice being humiliated childishly by the Black Circle... Ricter is in Asgard in the bed of one of the village houses.*

    Yuan= Are you ok?

    Kratos= Looks like he's taken a beating from someone.

    Yuan= You need to tell me why you are back?

    Kratos= I will tell you when this man here is recovered.

    Ricter= urgh..... where am I?

    Kratos= He's awake.

    Yuan= You need to rest Ricter. Your not fully recovered.

    Ricter= .... damn.... when I get my hands on that.... false chosen... I swear im gonna...

    Yuan= Please rest. We can talk later.

    Kratos= Just to let you know why im back,.... Derris Kharlan was under attack by aliens I never had seen before. They masacared allot of our angels.

    Yuan= You don't say? So your telling me those aliens.... whatever they are siezed Derris Kharlan?

    Kratos= They look like some kind of moving pepperpot with an eyepiece that acts like a camera lense. And they had this plunger like arm and an energy gun and they seem to look like a robot.

    Yuan= How did they get you?

    Kratos= These aliens had this wreckage of another ship from another world, some ship called the GFS Valhalla. I believe this was a ship may have been attacked long ago, but not by them.

    Yuan= This sounds serious. Look, we need to get to Meltokio and warn the kingdom and I need to get counsul from Hemidall. We need to let the elves know of this as well.

    Ricter= I see.....

    Yuan= So you were listening?

    Kratos= I like this one Yuan. He's quite sharp.

    Ricter= I want to help. The Ginugaggap is growing weaker.

    Yuan= That explains the tower of mana being rebuilt by the new age chosen and the barrier that surrounds it. Including the temples here, Triet, and the glaiser resort. That resort was gonna be New Mizuho, but the village got raided too. Were not dealing with Desians or Vangard, were dealing with a new group who call themselves the Black Circle, made up from former Desians, Vangard and demons.

    Kratos= We will take Ricter with us. Is that ok?

    Ricter= Fine. I used to be one of the Vangard.... I might have some followers left who might help. I also met some people .... half elves like me, one was named Forcystus, and the other was Magnius and Kvar...

    Kratos= WHAT!? The desian grand cardinals.... they should be all dead. I saw them die!

    Yuan= This Black Circle can some how resurect the dead. This may be related to these aliens you told us about earlier.

    (Music stops)

    *Suddenly, the door opens....and a knight enters... with Lloyd.*

    Martel Knight= Sir Yuan, you will not believe who I found here. It's Lloyd!

    Lloyd= Yuan, I need to talk to you....Huh!? Dad.....I cant believe it!?

    Kratos= Lloyd, my son. It's been awhile.

    Yuan= Where the hell have you been!!?

    Lloyd= I been in the netherworld. These aliens behind the Black Circle, their called "Daleks". There taking over this world and the netherworld. There using this guy named "John" as the new age chosen. They put a key crest on him...something called the Jenova project.

    Yuan= Jenova project!?

    Kratos= Oh dear....That project was scrapped generations ago, durring the first era of the Kharlan war.

    Yuan= Someone has fallen victim of it once more.

    Lloyd= What is this Jenova project?

    Yuan= It's like the Angelous project Kvar made, that's what you have there. Jenova is a key crest... a weld verson with a cruxis crystal that grants extreme power to anyone who bears it. Only a demonic weapon of terrible power can kill the new age chosen. A rouge chosen one, legends say a traitor of the church of Martel. But that's just a legend.

    Kratos= I though this project was discontinued and destroyed? Someone tried to bring back the project of the dark ages. If we don't do something now, it's gonna destroy this world and everything green and good will be gone.

    Ricter= I heard a story like that once long ago.

    Lloyd= Ricter!? What's he doing here? I though he was...

    Yuan= The Ginugaggap is growing weaker. Sylverant is now raided out of the temples, if Tethe-alla is all raided too, then this world is in for another Kharlan war. Just like over 4000 years ago.

    Kratos= We been through that once, this world can't afford to be in another one. These....Daleks you mensoned Lloyd. Did they do anything in this Netherworld you speak of?

    Lloyd= That Vanguard girl Alice.... she's allive again, and according to my rescorces, she's taken over as overlord of the netherworld. This place, I seen it. It's a world of demons that can coexist with us. Angels too. It's nothing like Nifelhiem at all. It's another world, a good world. I seen it, I been working there too.

    Ricter= Alice..... no way! She wanted to have a pact with demons. She was obsessed by power, and now ...... this is getting too strange.

    Yuan= Where are the chosens and your companions?

    Lloyd= There in the netherworld. There are warp gates in this world...

    Yuan= Go back there at once! We will stay here and inform this world. We will meet up with you later.

    Lloyd= The black storm clouds with red lightning.... that's the warp gates. This John..... he's a companion of some travelers. It's not his fault.

    Yuan= I see. I can't guarantee if we can save him or not now that the Jenova project is back. We can try. But we need to gather some allies both spiritural and the supernatural. It's gotten too dangerous here. You need to go back to that world and keep training ok?

    Kratos= We believe you. You should go now. Back to the neterworld. We will catch up, and time is running low. Go.

    Lloyd= Ok. Oh and Yuan...Ricter.... be carefull. You to Dad.

    (Music slowly dies down)

    *Lloyd takes off on his Reihard and goes back to the netherworld. Now he regroups with his companions and let's them know about the situation.*

    Raine= Your not serious!?

    Genis= No way.

    Lloyd= It's true. Sylverant's ruins are all taken by the black circle. There going for Tethe-alla's temples next. And the Ginugaggap is growing weaker. Yuan said that the mana flow is weakening all over Sylverant. We got to get that ainchent weapon found and assembled and fast.

    Gordon= This is terrible.

    Jennifer= I know your world is a great place, and im so sorry that your world is going through such tough times.

    Regal= We can't even find Sheena anywhere. She's still missing.

    Etna= Your world is in that bad of shape huh? What will happen if all your world's temples get taken?

    Lloyd= Yuan says that if the entire world's temples get raided, there will be another Kharlan war and the world will die, on top of that, we need to find Sheena. She would have been of great help.

    Etna= Lloyd, you mensoned something earlier. What's the Ginugaggap?

    Lloyd= It's the place where Ratatosk lives. He guards the vault that leads to the world of Nefilhiem, a demonic realm that keeps their demons at bay. These demons aren't like yours of this world. If the Daleks open it, kiss Symphonia good-bye.

    Flonne= That's terrible!!

    Emill= I can't believe it. And to think the Vangard were the most diabolical? And the Desians.... to think they went so far ...

    Presea= We got to do something.

    Marta= We need to split our group again, and take a vote on who will go back to our world. We can go find a few centurion cores and warn the summon spirits in Tethe-alla about the Black Circle.

    Lloyd= Yuan is going to the castle to warn the kingdom. The Martel Knights can try to buy us time by fighting the black circle and John. Not that's gonna help them.

    Raine= Your kidding me?

    Gordon= Those knights will be wiped out, we seen what these people and John can do. Not to menson Alice is ruling the netherworld.

    Etna= Let's find Sheena, your friend. The sooner the better for us all!

    Flonne= Now your thinking like an angel should be, Miss Etna.

    Etna= There was something suspicous I seen on the news coverage background at King Kerchskoiv's castle I never seen before. We should check it out.

    Emill= Let's split up the group into 3 parties.

    Raine= How about this, one group will go back to Symphonia and try to collect a centurion core or as many as we can before the black circle does and warn a summon spirit. We can try to intercept the black circles plans. 2 groups will stay here. the 2nd group will help Vyres on finding the ainchent weapon, and the last will look for Sheena. It's vital we get her back.

    Etna=.......,

    Flonne= What's wrong Miss Etna.

    Etna= No need for a 3rd. She's right there.

    *Suddenly...Sheena was walking right in the landing site of the ships....she walked and collapsed on the floor.*

    Lloyd= SHEENA!!

    Raine= Oh no! It looks like she's exausted. Stand back, I'll use my healing artes.

    Marta= I'll help.

    Flonne= Me too!

    *Raine, Marta, and Flonne combine their healing powers and revive Sheena.*

    Sheena= I found you all.

    Lloyd= Sheena, what happened to you?

    Sheena= My ninja clan.... they.... were all captured by the black circle and made into human slave laborers. Those Daleks.... they learned our tribes ninja arts.

    Zelos= No way....

    Kay= This sounds serious. But we need you to summon a spirit for us.

    Lloyd= It has to be a Tethe-allan summon spirit. Either Shadow, Gnome, Volt, or Celcius. They need to be warned about the black circle and their attempt to seal the temples. There gonna drain Symphonia dry of mana.

    Zelos= Who are you such a fine lady?

    Kay= Nice to meet you too Zelos, but now isn't the time for that. We need to get to your world and collect a centurion core or 2 so the black circle can be slowed down, and get the summon spirits evacuated.

    Lloyd= Yuan can't promise that John will live once we construct the weapon. But he will try everything he can, but the devil's pike is the only way of standing a chance against John as he is. Kaolla may not take this too kindly.

    Kay= Kaolla? Kaolla Su? Poor girl. She's lost enough of her friends, she dosent have enough room in her heart to endure a loss of another.

    Zelos= What do you mean?

    Kay= Kaolla lost everything. Her family, her old friends, her old life, her world. Taken by Daleks. Now they got John and made him into a villian.

    Marta= And it's Alice to blame as well! She must have helped the daleks do something to him. She's got John into that creepy babytalk and that rage mode that Emill has similar.

    Sheena= I will see if I can summon one here.....no it can't work here.

    Lloyd= I'll go and take Sheena with me.

    Collet= Ill go with you.

    Raine= No Collet. Not this time. The black circle has a price on you and Zelos. Your both are prime targets of the black circle.

    Genis= What about me and Raine?

    Regal= I will go with Lloyd.

    Marta= Me too. And Emill as well.

    Gordon= I will go as well.

    Kurtis= Well, I suppose I can go too.

    Raine= So it's settled. The rest of us will stay and help Vyres.

    Lloyd= By the way, Sheena. How did you escape?

    Sheena= It was Kate. She was captured and she help me escape. Most of my ninja clan members escaped as well and now there in the guilds here training. But Kate....she.....

    Genis= Kate? The pope's daughter?

    Sheena= The Daleks killed her! The pope too.

    Lloyd= Oh no.....

    Gordon= We got no time to loose!

    Kay= I'll go with you too. I want to see the damage done to your world so I can help.

    Raine= So it's settled. We will head to the Vyres manson and see what he has descovered. Meanwhile the rest of you will try to disrupt the black circles plan. Good luck you people.

    Lloyd= Keep the reihards here. They should work fine in this world. I had trouble with my reihard when I was flying to Asgard.

    *Meanwhile......in thr renegade base in the continent of Flanoir, John and the group were forming new plans....*

    Rodyle= So Sylverant's continents have been taken. That's exelent news. I have word from our clients, the Daleks informed me that they had begun their mana processing.

    Forcystus= You don't say? I thought they were gonna start once we sealed off all the temples in the world.

    Magnius= I wonder what they need all that mana for?

    Rodyle= I believe their working on a new verson of the mama cannon. They salvaged a federation ship from another world, a ship named the Valhalla, a human made fleet ship the daleks told me that this vessel was attacked 2 years ago in it's time. It's gonna be remodeled for that purpose.

    Magnius= You mean you telling us that there mana cannon is similar to yours back in your human ranch?

    Rodyle= It's time to carry out the plans. You two need to go to the netherworld and accompany Alice. She may need assistance in building her alliance of demons. She's telling us that she spotted Lloyd's companions and there activity in the netherworld is drawing her suspiscon. Lloyd must be forming a kind of retaliation against us. She said a few demon groups already joined forces with Lloyd.

    Magnius= Damn! That little punk.

    Forcystus= We got a little score to settle with that little twerp for what he did.

    Kvar= Don't forget that I want some of the action as well. I would like to have my Angelous project back.

    Rodyle= It's settled. I will take the new age chosen to the town of Flanoir and gather some goods for the trip in the ice caves. Let's go John.

    John= Yes Rodyle.

    (Music dies down slowly)

    *A ship took off from the former renegade base and flown into one of the black stormclouds to warp to the netherworld while another smaller ship with John and Rodyle flown to the town of Flanoir not far from their base.*

    Rodyle= Ok, we need to get some accesories for the generals. Stay with me and keep our buisiness quiet.

    John= Understood.

    *John followed Rodyle to the jewelry shop and Rodyle bought some jewels for his experiments and had some rings made from his jems, minerals, and neterhworld items.*

    Jeweler= These are some strange recepies of rings and accesories you have their sir.

    Rodyle= Oh it's the best for the best.

    Jeweler= You know that's gonna sum up to 80,000 gald.

    Rodyle= Oh, yes. Here you go.

    Jeweler= You must be one rich guy.

    Rodyle= Oh, John. Here's alittle present for you. This Topaz brooch should do nicely for you. This will boost your light elemental powers.

    Jeweler= So your giving your companion one of those jewels I made?

    Rodyle= Oh yes. He's a.....wielder of healing and divine artes.

    John= Wow, thanks.

    Rodyle= I need to gather some goods from the doctor of this town.

    *John and Rodyle go to the doctor's office further in the snowy town.*

    John= Hmmmm. A doctors place.

    Rodyle= Touch nothing John. Have a seat.

    Head doctor= Hellow sir, how may I help you today?

    Rodyle= I need those medicines I ordered. The specal order.

    Head doctor= Oh those specal concuction medicenes I see. You never see them sold in markets. Their supposed to be far better than those gels you get. Some of this stuff you brought me are quite rare. How did you find them.

    Rodyle= Well..... I been around the world. I collect specimens of plants and recipees.

    Head doctor= And who might you be sir?

    John= Hi.

    Rodyle= Oh, he's my companion. he's a healer. ....a....cleric trained healer for the church, you know.

    Head doctor= He's an arte user. I see, bless his heart. We need those people now adays.

    Rodyle= We really need to be going, were rather busy.

    Head doctor= Have a good day.

    Rodyle (muttering)= You have no idea how much your gonna need them, hehehehe....

    (Music stops)

    *Suddenly..... knights from Meltokio bagan to emerge from the enterance of the town. Rodyle spotted them and got John to hide in the corner of the building.*

    (Music playing - Run through/ Tales of Symphonia 2)

    Martel knight 1= Sir, we found the ship similar to the attackers of Mizuho.

    Martel knight 2= Some of the black circle agents must be here. Check the towns immediately. Find any suspicous people and bring them to us. They may be taking on discuises.

    Rodyle= Blasted meltokio knights!

    John= I thought this mission was secret.

    Rodyle= I bet Lloyd is behind this!

    John= Him again?

    Rodyle= We need to get out of here and fast.

    Lumen= I'll create a diverson. You two can take the back enterance.

    *Lumen teleported to the area near the meltokio knights and exposed herself to the humans.*

    John= She's clever.

    Lumen= Please help me. I am Lumen, the centurion of light, I need your help in the church. But I need all of you to help me.

    Martel knight 1= The centurion of light, anything for you.

    Martel knight 2= What's wrong miss centurion?

    Lumen= Their are people in the church that need immediate attention, and there's people who are frightened of the black circle who threated these kind people, please go to them to ease their fears and warenress.

    Martel knight 1= Understood fair centurion of light. May Martell's blessing be stoed upon you. Everyone, report to the church immediately.

    Knights in unison= Understood sir!

    *As the knights march all the way up to the church above the city....Lumen teleported back to John and Rodyle.*

    Lumen= Now's your chance. Hurry! I'll catch up with you later.

    *Lumen heads to the church and tricks the meltokio solgers and Martel knights while John and Rodyle make their escape. They take the ship and head to the ice caves.*

    Rodyle= Were here. That was a good trick that centurion your with.

    John= Did you see how those stupid solgers reacted?

    Rodyle= We need to get to that summon spirit of ice, and that centurion core. Lloyd must have allerted the kingdom about our plans. Let's hurry.

    *John and Rodyle head toward the enterance to the caves. They make the climb up the slopes and they enter the cave. John easally defeated every monster that got in their way. They head to the ice patch down the caverns below.*

    John= This place has monsters all over this area.

    Rodyle= The summon spirit must have been warned. Celcius must be prepaired for our plans. Be on your guard. The centurion of ice must be aiding her as well.

    *John gave Rodyle a lift over the ice patch and flew with his cruxis wings and used his specal powers to open the doorway and enter the sealed stone door. Finally, they were at the summon spirit altar. And the summon spirit Celcius appeared.*

    Celcius= Sheena told me about you! You must be John, the tricked traveler.

    Rodyle= Don't listen to her John. Hurry up and petrify her now!

    Celcius= John, listen to me! These people have brainwashed you and tricked you. Rodyle is using you.

    Rodyle= LIAR! John..hurry...

    (Music stops)

    *John grabs his head in complete pain and goes into sadist mode again...*

    John (sadist mode)= Well well, if it isnt cold Celcy.

    Celcius= Sheena spoke of this too....

    Rodyle= *evil laughter* This must be the rage mode that Kvar spoke of. Alice's factor is controling him. Exelent.

    John (sadist mode)= So grasshopper is alive and well? I thought the daleks already made her into a slave laborer by now!? Poo!

    Rodyle= And he even talks like Alice too. This is perfect. John, get her!

    John (sadist mode)= Time to chill out Celcy.

    *Celcius tried to use her ice wall to block John's path but it was no good, John used his magic to melt the ice and every monster that tried to protect Celcius were flung with a single blow. The monsters such as the yeti's and frost beasts were no match for him. Celcius tried to circle John and try to encase him in a rock of ice but it had no effect and John touched her once and Celcius became petrified with an astounished look on her.*

    Rodyle= Exelent! Very impresive. John, place the mana sphere into her altar. Then open the enterance to the centurion chamber. We need to hurry.

    John (sadist mode)= Your wish is my command master Rodyle. heart

    *John inserted the mana spere and the small orb grew to a giant size and John held up his hands and created the magical barrier and sealed the entire ice mountain with the yellow barrier, just like the temples in Sylverant.*

    Rodyle= Exelent. Now we go for the centurion core here. Glacies is the name of the core. Let's grab it while we have the chance.

    *John and Rodyle head to the chamber of the centurion core, and finaly found it. Suddenly a creature resembling a 4 foot rabbit with antlers and tribal markings appeared. It was none other than Glacies.*

    Glacies= Celcius, what have you done to her? Oh, your the new age chosen! Sheena told Celcius that I should run away. I suppose I'll do that.

    *Glacies teleports from his altar to the back exit and began to hop away*

    Rodyle= NO! He's getting away!

    John (sadist mode)= Oh no! Glacy's gonna get away. Lumen! Lumen! Where are you!?

    Rodyle= Hurry John! It's getting away!

    *John and Rodyle ran to the exit area and through the tunnels of the ice cave. After several minnutes, John and Rodyle made it out of the cave and there was no sighn of Glacies.*

    (Music stops)

    Rodyle= Blasted! It got away!

    *John returned to normal*

    John= Where are we? Huh? Outside?

    Rodyle= Oh, you dont remember after that raging mode do you? I have good news and bad news, we got the summon spirit and sealed the temple. The bad news is the centurion got away. It seems the barrier dosent work on summon spirits and centurions.

    John= No....

    *Suddenly, Forcystus called Rodyle on the com link.*

    Forcystus (radio)= The new age chosen is gonna have to cut the celebration short, the retaliation group is already taken action against us now. Alice is not happy at all. She's leaving the castle now and is comming to see John right away.

    Rodyle= Alice? Comming here?

    Forcystus (radio)= She said to head for the thunder temple where the centurion Tonitrus and summon spirit Volt are located near where Mizuho used to be.

    Rodyle= Ok.

    Forcystus (radio)= She also said for John to come allone. You were to look after the fortress while the rest of us are in the netherworld.

    Rodyle= I understand. Over and out.

    John= This dont look too good.

    Rodyle= I have to leave you now. I will program the cruser for auto pilot and fly you to the lightning temple. I will call an escort now. Hop in and go. Dont worry about me.

    John= Understood.

    *John sits in the pilot seat and the cruser begins to activate and takes off to the air and heads for the thunder temple. Rodyle remains and he calls for another transport. Meanwhile..... John was getting closer to his destination, he began to settle down and think about his actions.*

    John= What am I doing this for? Alice wants this done for the Daleks. Why does the word Dalek sound familiar? I can't remember but I believe I heard it before. Why do I have these memories for? Me, Alice and Decus were living here together in this world? It just dosent feel right.

    *When John arrived at the thunder temple, the cruser landed and Alice was right at the enterance allong with Decus, the purple prinny that was once a human and he still drags that large iron maiden.*

    John= Alice. How you been?

    Alice= Johnny, how did the ice temple raid go?

    John= Went fine for awhile, until the centurion of ice Glacies escaped.

    Alice= That Lloyd! He must had rescued that Sheena from the daleks! Oh, better take this John, it's a present just for you.

    John= This?

    *Alice hands John a specal exphere shaped chip.*

    Alice= Pull off your chest garmets and access your key crest. Just touch it and the crystal together.

    *John obeyed Alice and used the chip.*

    John= Woah!! All this information about magic seals. That girl Sheena uses these.

    Alice= She does, now so will you. The Daleks probed her feeble mind to get you this. Make good use of it. heart

    John= Wow, thanks Alice. I wish I had something to give you in return.

    Decus= Alice, when are you gonna give me something?

    Alice= I already had your iron maiden upgraded. What more could you want?

    Decus= Mana.... so I can be human again.

    John= Hey, Decus, can I help? If it's ok with Alice?

    Alice= Now is not the time. Mean ol Lloyd is meddlin with our plans, and to insure our goals, we need to raid this temple like right now!

    John= Ok, I'll do it. But I havent been here before. Can Decus lead? I can repay him later.

    Decus= Well, ok, Be sure to help me get some mana ok?

    *John, Alice and Decus enter the thunder temple and go up the stairs. John used his specal abilities to solve the riddle contraptions by using the electric magic on them. John also could mimic the color code of lightning spells so he can use the correct lightning color on the color coded thunder rods.*

    Alice= You can actually do that?

    John= I can use specal magic without the use of scorcerers rings. Kvar told me that.

    Alice= Oh Johnny, your so amazing! heart

    Decus= I wanna do something useful too.

    John= I tell you what Decus, you can take the front position and go first when dealing with the monsters here.

    Decus= Thanks John. Your quite a good guy. I could never figure out how to work those things.

    Alice= He's only good for looks and fighting. Now the summon spirit altar is just ahead.

    John= That's strange....I dont feel the presence of a summon spirit.

    Alice= Oh..... oh darn it! It's those people again.

    John= I bet Volt got warned and left the place.

    Alice= Oh well, we can at least seal off this temple. John, use your barrier magic on the place.

    John= Ok.

    *John held up his hands and with a yellow glow, the entire temple was sealed in the yellow barrier.*

    Decus= What was that?

    Alice= John's temple barrier magic. This barrier keeps out normal people and others who dont belong here. We can enter at any time we want. John, place the mana sphere in the altar.

    *John places the sphere in the altar of Volt, and the small sphere instantly grew large.*

    Decus= Let's get the core.

    Alice= Let either me or John handle it. You remember what happened last time do you? Your mind got warped.

    John= These cores wasnt like that when I collected them. Let's check the centurion chamber and let's hope Tonitrus hasn't escaped.

    *John, Alice and Decus work their way up the large staircases and keep venturing upward and defeating any monster that got in their way. Until they reached the altar. And it was empty.*

    Decus= Were here....and no core.

    Alice= AHHH!! They beat us to it! Not fair.

    John= At least it wasn't a total loss. Were the only ones who can accsess the temple. I havent seen Lumen around lately.

    *Suddenly, a flash of divine light...Lumen appeared.*

    Lumen= Oh John....im so sorry. I got sidetracked. I was so busy stalling for you and Rodyle. If it wasnt for my absence, we would had caught Glacies. Did another centurion get away?

    John= Im afraid so. And we lost the centurion of thunder....what was it's name again?

    John= I got an idea. I been uploaded with the maps the daleks gave me of the world. The Lezerano company owns an exphere mine that runs through the temple of earth. Could we by any chance slip through the back door and suprise them?

    Alice= Regal had the place caved in a few weeks ago. It's no good. Wait. I have an idea. Decus....remember the explosives we set all over the Lezerano company?

    Alice= Back when Hawkie was a human before Brute killed him.

    John= Wait.... you mean they didn't remove the bombs?

    Alice= I have an idea. Let's take out that misserable castle. We will go to Lezerano and collect the bombs....

    Vyres= I didn't know either. I thought I sold it long ago.

    Raine= Really? This is facinating. The piece of the netherworld weapon. This is supposed to be the head of the weapon. It's all out of shape.

    Genis= I bet the dwarves Altessa and Dirk can help fix it.

    Presea= But we must not wait for too long. We must find the remaining two pieces and assemble the weapon and confront the new age chosen before we loose our world.

    Flonne= Oh poor John. Doing these awfull deeds against his will. I hope we can get him to realize he's being used.

    Zelos= You heard about what Lloyd discussed before he left? He says that there are no guarantees that we can stop him without killing him.

Vyres, Flonne, Etna, Vulcanos, Collet, Zelos, Raine, Genis, & Presea, of the netherwold retaliaton group plan to gather the 3 pieces while the Symphonian retaliation group, Lloyd, Sheena, Regal, Gordon, Thursday, Jennifer, Kay, Kaolla, Shinobu, & Nyamo, help keep the brainwashed John and the black circle distracted and slow down their actions thus buying the other group time and attempting to figure out a way to reverse John's condition, but Yuan believes that this could certify John's death if things don't go well.
