• hello I am Rowan or as the enemy like to call me the phantom gunner i do secret missions outside the u.s. government i use a rifle called the sci 50/35 phantom rifle and my companion a wolf with a cybernetic leg helps me scope out the enemy after i shoot that rifle i disappear out sight like a phantom hence the name phantom gunner i joined this group to find my brother James who went through training with me until one mission he went missing so i work tirelessly until i find him all they found of his stuff before he went missing was his 90/45 phantom caliber revolver.
