    Hidden amongst the shadows.

    Silent footsteps,
    Amidst the voices of the night.

    As he moves closer,
    and deeper,
    Into my heart,
    I feel my breath slip away,
    Leaving me speechless.

    A sudden change unforeseen,
    A siren's song,
    Capturing my attention,
    Pulling me closer,
    A strange occurance.

    The clouds move,
    And the moon shines through.

    I see his face,
    And my heart skips a beat.
