• That nightmare that I go through
    Every night, tossing and turning
    Losing my sight
    Of my own path.

    Sends me in a downward spiral
    Having a promise not met

    But then I wake up in a cold sweat

    My eyes are so foggy
    And I can’t tell if im standing
    My feet feel like plastic
    I fall apart like they’re demanding

    To feel like im swimming against ocean tide
    And to sink into the current,
    Deaths door by my side,
    Then resurging to find a storm

    Cause floating on my back
    And watching from behind
    Can’t take away a full effect
    That’s breaking my mind

    And ending anything
    Would be far to clever
    For a simple minded girl
    Who can’t know the meaning for forever?
