-
When you look at me,
I feel my heart jump
And swell with delight
As you touch my skin.
You whisper sweet nothings
Into my ear,
And I kiss you fervently
As you hold me in your arms.
When I found you with her,
I felt my heart stop beating.
There is no more love
And no more happiness.
For you, I shed many tears.
The heart, such a fragile thing;
Not to be toyed with,
Not to be broken.
The heart can only take so much
Before it feels no more.

- hmph...I completely disagree...the mental heart can survive nuclear war, it just needs to believe it can. The poem was written well, though. 5/5.
