-
The clouds move away,
To show the blue sky,
And all the happiness,
That they used to hide.
The smile comes back,
The tears disappear,
And her laughter is strong,
For others to hear.
She takes of her coat,
To reveal her fair skin,
And her radiant beauty,
She used to hold in.
As she lets out a breath,
She lets out her past,
But takes in her future,
Which has seemed to come fast.
No more will she cry,
Or hope for the best,
As she’s pulled herself up,
Without help from the rest.
She is much stronger now,
Then she was at the start,
But regrets nothing that happened,
In her dark past.
Instead she now smiles,
And looks forward to each day,
As she knows that the future,
Will bring happiness her way.

- Title: Her Happiness...
- Artist: Blankspace2
- Description: I have been through a lot over the past year or so. Not long ago, I decided to force myself to smile. I wrote this poem on the first day, I decided to be happy again. But as you all know, faking a smile and pretending to laugh doesn't make things go away. Although, I LOVE this poem, so I wanted to share it all with you!!! And don't worry, I'm okay. Haha. XOXO

Space things a little better. I loved the poem but the lack of spacing threw me off a little.
I know how you feel, though. Going through a portion of your life when all you can do is force a smile and pretend to laugh is scary. And it's really just not fun.
I'm glad you're okay. - Report As Spam
