    I filled out the financial aid ones too,
    Cause thats all I could do.

    My kids are grown
    and gone away
    living lives of their own
    leaving me alone.

    I get accepted to
    A small town college
    My financial aid got approved
    I start in August

    I am so lost
    I don't know why
    I don't know anyone
    I don't know where to go.

    I guess I'll survive
    I guess I'll be fine
    Today is day one
    I will take it one day at a time!
