Why don't you just let me dream my dream?
It is my dream to dream not yours.
Please, I do not want to talk about the things I should do
Because for once in my life I would like to show what I can do
So please just let me dream my dream.
I have my own wishes, I do not need your guidance,
I may once have been a child, but now I have learned to make my own choices
So why can't you just let me dream my dream?
