Snow swirling down
From the heavens on a moonlit night.
Stars can be seen in the dark blue sky.
The voices of angels are heard,
By the ones who listen.
I wonder if you are up in heaven
Watching me as I watch the sky,
Wanting to see me as I you,
To make up for the time we spent apart.
Tears streak my cheeks,
As I yearn for my fantasies to come true.
I know why you left me here all alone,
With no one at all to be with me at first.
I hear a voice calling my name in the distance,
And I see the one person that has helped me.
The one person who hasn't abondoned me.
The one person in this world who loves me.
He looks worried now,
I better leave.
He takes my hand,
and kisses my lips sweetly.
I look up at the sky one last time.
I'm sorry. I'll never forget you.
And I walk away,
Leaving my old self with you in heaven.

- Title: A Winter Night
- Artist: Dawn Rose7
- Description: This is a poem just randomly thought of. It's about a girl who recently lost someone she loved. She feels hopeless until she meets a new person who helps her through the hard times. She falls in love with said person, but she feels guilty because she thinks that she's betraying the person she loved before him. Hope you guys like. :) I might use this idea for a future story. Guys if you vote, please comment. I want to know what I can do to make my writing better.
